Research on Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Science and Education Integration
The integration of science and education in vocational education is the only way to realize the high-quality development of vocational education,and also an important way to train high-quality technical talents.The integration of science and education into the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges can cultivate students'innovative thinking,innovative consciousness and innovative ability,and improve the quality of talent training.This paper discusses the significance of the integration of science and education in higher vocational colleges,and the existing problems in talent training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of science and education integration.It proposes effective paths from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,teaching staff,and innovation education,improving the talent training mode,and building the platform of industry,study and research,so as to promote the effective implementation of the integration of science and education in higher vocational colleges.
