现场工程师1+1人才培养模式研究——以机械设计与制造专业为例

沈阳职业技术学院机械设计与制造专业基于高职教育产教融合和技能培养等方面的优势,提出一种现场工程师人才培养模式,即通过课程体系、实训方案、教学方法等多方面的改革解决毕业生岗前培训时间长、无法快速进入角色等问题,实施"校企'1+1'、导师'1+1'、理实'1+1'、赛证'1+1'、教学平台'1+1'"等人才培养模式改革,培养满足现代机械相关企业岗位需求的现场工程师。
Research on 1+1 Talent Training Mode for Field Engineers
Based on the advantages of integration of industry and education and skill training in higher vocational education,teachers of mechanical design and manufacturing major of Shenyang Polytechnic College put forward a field engineer talent training mode,that is,through the reform of curriculum system,practical training program,teaching methods and other aspects,we solve the problems of graduates'long pre-job training time and inability to quickly change the role.We implement the reform of talent training mode such as"school and enterprise'1+1',mentor'1+1',theory and practice'1+1',contest and certificate'1+1',and teaching platform'1+1'",and cultivate field engineers to meet the post needs of related modem machinery enterprises.
