Research on Development Strategy of Preschool Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
At present,some problems exist in the development of preschool education teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as unreasonable quantity structure,weak quality and ability,insufficient practical guidance ability and imperfect sustainable development mechanism.We propose the development path of preschool education teachers.In terms of quantity and structure,we adopt the strategies of introducing teachers from outside and training our own teachers,appointing and recruiting new teachers inside the college.In terms of quality and ability,we adopt the methods including the normalization of teacher ethics education,the leading model of famous teachers,and the special scheme of young teachers,and create the integrated teaching and research atmosphere.In the practical teaching guidance,we explore the deep cooperation between schools and kindergartens.In terms of the sustainable development mechanism of teacher team construction,we improve the evaluation system,strengthen the incentive mechanism research,and formulate the personalized career development plan,thus establishing the approaches to the development of preschool education teachers.
