Connotation,Dilemma and Practice Path of the Quality Construction of Higher Vocational Student Development
At present,higher vocational education is faced with such problems as the disconnection between talent cultivation objectives and industrial needs,unreasonable teacher structure,inadequate integration of industry and education,and imperfect teaching evaluation system,which influence the high-quality development of students.To cope with the above challenges,the paper proposes clear strategies for the college,which include meeting the needs of industry,optimizing the teacher structure and enhancing their ability,deepening the integration of industry and education and expanding the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and building a multi-evaluation system to guarantee the quality construction of students,in order to cultivate more high-quality technical talents for social development.
