Analysis of Current Situation of Student Association Development and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Colleges
By means of questionnaire survey and interview,we deeply understand the current situation of the development of student associations in higher vocational colleges,and analyze the difficulties in the development by taking student associations in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as an example.Aiming at the problems such as the lack of hierarchy in membership composition,the lack of perfect operating mechanism in management,the lack of professional guidance teachers for activities and the lack of funds for activities,this study probes into new countermeasures for the development of student associations in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of participation,cognition,management and education of student associations,so as to give full play to the education value of student associations.
