萃取强化离子液体中高负荷葡萄糖转化制5-羟甲基糠醛

研究了离子液体中高负荷葡萄糖转化制 5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF).以一系列有机溶剂作为萃取剂,减少副反应,强化HMF生成.考察了不同有机溶剂对HMF的萃取性能和反应条件的影响.首次发现乙酰丙酸乙酯(EL)是优良的萃取剂.以80 mg葡萄糖为原料、100 mg离子液体1-乙基-3 甲基咪唑氯化物为溶剂、CrCl3·6H2O为催化剂(用量为葡萄糖物质的量的10%)、1 mL EL作为萃取剂,在120℃下反应90 min,葡萄糖转化率和HMF收率分别可达99%和61%.EL多次萃取可有效分离HMF,总萃取率可接近100%.
Extraction-enhanced Conversion of High-load Glucose to 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural in Ionic Liquid
The conversion of high-load glucose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)in an ionic liquid was investigated.A series of organic solvents were used as extractant to reduce side reactions and enhance HMF production.The extraction ability of different organic solvents and reaction conditions were investigated.Ethyl levulinate(EL)was found to be an excellent extractant for the first time.Using 80 mg glucose as feedstock,100 mg 1-ethyl-3methylimidazolium chloride as solvent,CrCl3·6H2O as catalyst(mole fraction 10%to glucose),and 1 mL EL as extractant,the reaction was carried out at 120℃ for 90 min,and the glucose conversion and HMF yield could reach 99%and 61%,respectively.EL multiple extractions could effectively separate HMF,and the total extraction rate could be close to 100%.
