Study on Purification Process of 1,4-Butynediol by Ceramic Membrane
The ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology was used to purify 1,4-butynediol(BYD).The influence of different operating conditions on the filtration flux was investigated, and the membrane fouling mechanism of the ultrafiltration process was analyzed. The results showed that the attenuation of permeate flux in the ultrafiltration process of BYD solution could be divided into two stages:the first stage was a rapid decline stage, and the flux decline accounted for more than 70%of the entire decline;the second stage was a quasi-stable stage, the amount of change was relatively slow, the decline was small. The total resistance in the ultrafiltration process was composed of the inherent resistance of the membrane, the resistance caused by concentration polarization and the resistance caused by membrane fouling.Among them, the inherent resistance of the membrane was the main factor causing the flux attenuation. The fouling of the membrane by BYD during the ultrafiltration process was reversible, and the membrane fouling could be eliminated through the cleaning process.
