鳞片材料在防腐领域近年来得到广泛应用,由于鳞片材料在填充后形成的独特结构使其展现良好的防腐性,而这种结构也增强了鳞片材料的隔热性能.通过将粉煤灰鳞片与高温炉料按不同配比混合,进行高温导热系数和涂层隔热测试并对测试结果进行分析,研究粉煤灰鳞片的隔热性能.
Study on Thermal Insulation Performance of Fly Ash Flake
Flake materials have been widely used in the field of anticorrosion in recent years.Because of the unique structure formed by the filling of flake materials,they show good anticorrosion performance,and this structure also enhances the thermal insulation performance of flake materials.In this paper,the thermal insulation performance of fly ash flake was studied by mixing fly ash flake with silicone-based coating in different proportions,testing the density and thermal conductivity,and analyzing the test results.
