Study on Removal of HCl From Reforming High Temperature Flue Gas by Calcium-based Dechlorination Agent
The regenerative process of the reforming catalyst mainly includes unloading, charring, oxychlorination, calcination, cooling, isolation and so on,wherein the charring and oxygenation are key steps. When the reforming catalyst runs for a certain period of time,it is deactivated due to surface carbon coking."Charring"means that the carbon deposited on the catalyst is converted into carbon dioxide in the presence of oxygen and at high temperature, which is taken away with the circulating gas.In this process, the key component chlorine on the catalyst is also desorbed and exists in the circulating gas in the form of hydrogen chloride.Calcium-based dechlorination agents have high accuracy and good dechlorination effect, and are widely used in the market. In the experiment, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate were used as the main active components, and other metal elements were added to improve the dechlorination effect,so as to increase the direct synergistic effect of metals and achieve the purpose of improving the dechlorination effect. The dechlorination agent was molded by ball molding, which could effectively protect the pore structure of active components. The experimental results were verified by dechlorination evaluation, and the chlorine content of the samples after use could reach more than 36%.
