三维电极-电芬顿耦合法试验装置处理石油采出水电极材料选择的试验研究

以铁棒、碳棒作为阳极材料进行对比研究,可知铁棒阳极可以补充反应器中芬顿反应消耗的Fe2+,处理效果好,且化学性质稳定,适合做阳极材料;以活性炭、泡沫镍、纳米铁粒子电极对比研究可知,3 mm柱状的活性炭与纳米铁混合粒子电极对石油采出水处理效果最好,当混合比例为2∶1时,对COD的去除率最大为80.37%,对油脂的去除率最大为86.29%.
Experimental Study on Electrode Material Selection of Three-dimensional Electrode-Electro-Fenton Coupling Test Device for Treating Oil Produced Water
Iron rod and carbon rod were used as anode materials to carry out comparative study.It was found that iron rod anode could supplement Fe2+ consumed in Fenton reaction of the reactor,the treatment effect was good,and the chemical properties were stable,so it was suitable for anode materials.Based on the comparative study of activated carbon,nickel foam and nano-iron particle electrodes,it was seen that 3 mm columnar activated carbon and nano-iron mixed particle electrodes had the best treatment effect on petroleum produced water.When the mixing ratio was 2∶1,the removal rate of COD was up to 80.37%,and the removal rate of oil was up to 86.29%.
