复合凹凸棒土的聚合物隔膜的制备及其在锂电池中的应用

在锂电池的四个主要组成部分中,隔膜的性能对电池的性能有着直接的影响.目前,市场上广泛使用的是制备技术成熟、成本相对较低的聚烯烃类隔膜,但其存在孔隙率差、热稳定性差、电解液润湿性差等缺点,从而限制了锂电池的发展.因此,对隔膜进行性能改善是提高锂电池性能的一项关键措施.以聚丙烯隔膜为基质,主要采用静电吸附法在聚丙烯隔膜表面涂覆一层凹凸棒土,探讨凹凸棒土对隔膜的性能改造效果.结果表明,当凹凸棒土质量浓度为1 mg/mL、隔膜浸渍时间为12 h时,凹凸棒土可成功复合于隔膜表面.此时,复合隔膜的孔隙率高达 78%,电解液润湿性明显优于空白隔膜.同时,其电化学性能也得到了明显改善.
Preparation of Polymer Membrane With Composite Attapulgite and Its Application in Lithium Batteries
Among the four main components of lithium batteries,the performance of the separator can directly affect the performance of the battery.At present,polyolefin separators with mature preparation techniques and relatively low prices are widely used in the market,but they have poor porosity,poor thermal stability,and poor electrolyte-absorbing,which limits the development of lithium batteries.Therefore,performance modification of the separator is an important means to improve the performance of lithium batteries.In this article,polypropylene membrane was used as the substrate,and electrostatic adsorption method was used to coat a layer of attapulgite on the surface of polypropylene membrane,the performance improvement effect of attapulgite on the membrane was explored.The results showed that when the mass concentration of attapulgite was 1 mg·mL-1 and the immersion time of the membrane was 12 h,attapulgite could successfully composite on the surface of the membrane.The porosity of the composite membrane was 78%,and its liquid absorption was better than that of the blank membrane significantly.At the same time,its electrochemical performance was also significantly improved.
