The selection of equipment and pipes not only has a direct impact on the production of chemical enterprises,but also has an impact on equipment maintenance and production cycles,thereby affecting the economic benefits of the chemical enterprise.Based on this,the staff of chemical enterprises need to design practical plans according to relevant regulations,and at the same time,the plans should be optimized according to the standards and actual production conditions to reduce cost input and complete chemical production on the basis of ensuring safe production.In this paper,the importance of equipment evangelism and pipe materials was expounded,and the general standards for equipment evangelism and pipe material selection were discussed.Taking a company as an example,the optimal design of equipment evangelism and the content of pipe optimization design were analyzed,in order to provide help for chemical enterprise staff.
