某公司新建装置 50 万吨/年轻烃芳构化装置,该装置自开工以来一直受自控率不高,产品收益不稳定的影响.而仪表自控率是炼化装置重要的生产指标,对能耗和产品质量产生影响.控制回路的 PID 参数正确设置决定控制回路能否正常投用.为了提高自控水平,某公司开展轻烃芳构化装置DCS自动控制系统优化,PID参数整定,提高装置自控率,平稳率.从而达到全过程自动化,降低操作工操作强度,提高轻烃芳构化装置正常生产的安全系数,降低本装置的综合能耗,增加装置产量,为企业增效.
Automatic Control Optimization and Upgrading of Light Hydrocarbon Aromatization Plant
One company has built a 500 kt·a-1 light hydrocarbon aromatization unit,which has been affected by low self-control rate and unstable product income since its commencement.The automatic control rate of instruments is an important production indicator for refining and chemical equipments,which has an impact on energy consumption and product quality.The correct setting of PID parameters in the control circuit determines whether the control circuit can be put into use normally.In order to improve the automatic control level,a company carried out DCS automatic control system optimization and PID parameter tuning of light hydrocarbon aromatization plant to improve the automatic control rate and stability rate of the plant,so as to achieve the automation of the whole process,reduce the operating intensity of operators,improve the safety factor of normal production of light hydrocarbon aromatization unit,reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit,increase the output of the unit,and increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
