Research Progress in Application of Aptamer Sensor in the Detection of Sulfonamides
Aptamer biosensor is an effective method to detect antibiotic content in environment.In this paper,the working principle,characteristics and research status of three kinds of aptamer biosensors commonly used in the detection of sulfonamides were introduced,including aptamer electrochemical sensor,aptamer fluorescent sensor and aptamer colorimetric sensor.
