Different from common industry parks,chemical industrial parks has obvious characteristics of production dominance,enterprise diversity and potential high risk.The planning and design of chemical industrial parks should not only meet conventional requirements of territorial and spatial planning,but also meet the specifications of the chemical industry park,and also conform to the characteristics of chemical production.Therefore,the planning of chemical industrial parks needs to pay attention to the system of industrial formats,the elasticity of spatial supply,the independence of service facilities,and measures to ensure safety production.Based on the authors'recent planning practice of chemical parks,the main points of the master plan for chemical parks in the territorial and spatial planning system were explored.
