摘要

纳米孔道在近些年成了研究的热点领域,尤其是利用 MOF 材料和玻璃纳米管孔道构筑的功能化纳米孔道,这种纳米孔道通过探索生物分子、离子在限域空间下与MOF的相互作用,实现该纳米孔道传感器件在离子分离方面的高效应用.通过模拟复杂的环境体系,在存在干扰因素的情况下优化传感性能,使得基于MOF功能化纳米孔道生物传感器件应用于海水分离等方面.

Abstract

In recent years,nanopores have become a hot field of research,especially the functional nanopores constructed with MOF materials and glass nanotube channels.By exploring the interaction between biomolecules,ions and MOF in the limited domain space,the nanopores can realize the efficient application of the nanopores sensor in ion separation.By simulating complex environmental systems,the sensor performance can be optimized under the presence of interference factors,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of MOF functionalized nanopore biosensors in seawater separation.
