高效液相色谱法测定环境空气醛酮类化合物的研究及应用

利用涂渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)硅胶填充管采集环境空气中醛酮类化合物,建立了高效液相色谱法测定环境空气中醛酮类的方法.结果表明:该测试方法呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数的范围在0.999 8~1.000 0之间;方法检出限范围为0.65~2.46 μg·m-3,测定下限为2.61~9.85 μg·m-3;低、中、高浓度相对标准偏差范围分别为0.9%~8.5%、0.5%~3.6%、0.6%~2.8%;实际样品加标回收率范围为94.6%~113%.该方法稳定性好,操作简单,灵敏度高,满足于环境空气中醛酮类测定.
Study and Application of Determination of Acarbonyl Compounds in Ambient Air by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
A method for the determination of carbonyl compounds in ambient air by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established by using 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)coated silica gel filled tubes to collect carbonyl compounds in ambient air.The results showed that the test method had a good linear relationship,and the linear coefficient ranged from 0.9998 to 1.000;The detection limit of the method was 0.65~2.46 μg·m-3,the lower limit of determination was 2.61~9.85 μg·m-3;The relative standard deviations of low,medium and high mass concentrations were 0.9%~8.5%,0.5%~3.6%and 0.6%~2.8%respectively;The actual sample spiking recovery range was 89.8%~116%.The method has the advantages of good stability,simple operation and high sensitivity,and is suitable for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air.
