HS/GC-MS Analysis of Solvent Residues in Wrapping Materials and Exposure Risk Assessment
In order to clarify the exposure levels of solvent residues in wrapping materials and the potential health risks to humans, three types of wrapping paper was collected from the market, and the solvent residues in the samples were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS/GC-MS).The quality of the substance was measured.Based on the damage characteristics of solvent residues in wrapping paper to humans,a respiratory and transdermal exposure calculation model and risk characterization model were established to study the exposure levels of solvent residues in packaging paper and evaluate their potential health risks. The results showed that, the recovery rate of this method was between 84.8%and 107.0%,the detection limit was between 0.001 mg·m-2 and 0.258 mg·m-2,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%;The residual amount of ketone was 0.454 3 mg·kg-1;the residual amount of ethyl acetate in the wrapping paper of sample was 0.507 4 mg·kg-1;The residual amount of acetone in the wrapping paper of sample 3 was 0.097 5 mg·kg-1;The organic residue was exposed through skin exposure; The organic volatiles in the paper wrapping paper monitored this time were"allowable risks".
