典型废含铂催化剂焙烧浸出研究

对铂金属废催化剂进行焙烧体系及浸出体系的重点研究.采用HCl/NaClO3 溶浸体系提高了铂的浸出率.经过实验,确定了废催化剂焙烧温度 1 200℃,浸出液固比 6∶1,氢离子浓度6 mol·L-1,浸出时间3 h,浸出温度70℃,氧化剂氯酸钠浓度0.06 mol·L-1;HCl/NaClO3 体系在1 200℃时一次浸出,铂的平均回收率可达到97.06%.
Study on Roasting and Leaching of Typical Waste Platinum Catalyst
The roasting system and leaching system of waste platinum catalyst were studied.HCl/NaClO3 leaching system improved the leaching rate of platinum.The conditions were determined as follows;the roasting temperature 1 200℃,the ratio of solid to leaching liquid 6∶1,the concentration of hydrogen ion 6 mol·L-1,the leaching time 3 h,the leaching temperature 70℃,the concentration of oxidant sodium chlorate 0.06 mol·L-1.The waste platinum catalyst was leached by HCl/NaClO3 system at 1 200℃,the average recovery of platinum reached 97.06%.
