Performance of HSC-1HF Catalyst in Hydrocracking of Wax Oil
The NaY molecular sieve catalyst that has been active in recent years was introduced, combined with the application of HSC-1HF catalyst in Shandong HSBC petrochemical heavy oil catalytic cracking device, its physicochemical properties were compared by X-ray diffraction, mesoporous volume and particle size determination, and finally analyzes the catalytic cracking performance of hydrogenated wax oil.The results showed that the HSC-1HF catalyst had high stability and good product separation, and the oil yield reached 58.6%and the oleic acid deoxidation rate reached 40.2%during the cracking process.Compared with its commercially available NaY molecular sieves, the selectivity of chain hydrocarbons was higher.
