摘要

介绍近几年一直活跃的NaY分子筛催化剂,结合HSC-1HF催化剂在山东汇丰石化重油催化裂化装置上的应用情况,通过X射线衍射、介孔体积、粒度测定对其物化性能进行对比,最后对HSC-1HF催化剂在加氢蜡油裂化中性能进行分析.结果表明:HSC-1HF催化剂具有高稳定性,产物分离较好,在裂化过程中产油率达到了 58.6%,与相同条件下的商用NaY分子筛相比,链烃类的选择性更高.

Abstract

The NaY molecular sieve catalyst that has been active in recent years was introduced,combined with the application of HSC-1HF catalyst in Shandong HSBC petrochemical heavy oil catalytic cracking device,its physicochemical properties were compared by X-ray diffraction,mesoporous volume and particle size determination,and finally analyzes the catalytic cracking performance of hydrogenated wax oil.The results showed that the HSC-1HF catalyst had high stability and good product separation,and the oil yield reached 58.6%and the oleic acid deoxidation rate reached 40.2%during the cracking process.Compared with its commercially available NaY molecular sieves,the selectivity of chain hydrocarbons was higher.
