摘要

以烯丙基聚乙二醇(XPEG-700),丙烯酸(AA),马来酸酐(MAH),烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为原料,共聚合成一种新型水基防蜡剂.研究了引发剂添加量及单体对防蜡剂性能的影响,确定了防蜡剂的最佳合成配方,结果表明,m(XPEG-700)∶m(AA)∶m(MAH)∶m(SAS)=7.0∶15.0∶6.0∶6.0,引发剂用量占单体质量的0.8%,合成防蜡剂的防蜡率达到95%以上.海上油田现场应用结果表明,当新型清防蜡剂的加注量为80 mg/L时,原油中的蜡含量降低明显,管线的输送效率得到了很大地改善.

Abstract

A novel paraffin inhibitor was synthesized by free radical solution copolymerization with monomers of allyl polyethylene glycol(XPEG-700),acrylic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MAH)and sodium allyl sulfonate(SAS).The effect of addition of monomers and initiator on the performance of paraffin inhibitor was studied,and the optimum synthetic formula of paraffin inhibitor was determined.The result indicated that when m(XPEG-700)∶m(AA)∶m(MAH)∶m(SAS)=7.0∶15.0∶6.0∶6.0,initiator amount was 0.8%of monomer weight,the paraffin prevention rate of prepared paraffin inhibitor was over 95%.Application in oilfield showed a satisfying performance,the pipeline transportation efficiency was greatly improved when the dosage of paraffin inhibitor was 80 mg·L-1.
