纳米零价铁复合材料对硝酸盐的去除研究

纳米零价铁可通过化学还原作用快速去除水中硝酸盐,反应过程中,由于纳米零价铁颗粒具有强烈的团聚倾向,会使得表面吸附位点减少,缩小了与污染物的接触面积,从而影响去除效率.该文采用一种新的制备方法用碳微球对纳米零价铁进行负载不仅提高了其稳定性,有效提升了比表面积和分散性能,减少了聚合现象的发生,同时加入贵金属镍起到了一定的催化作用,能显著提升对硝酸盐的还原效率.研究证明,这种负载型纳米零价铁镍双金属复合材料对水中硝酸盐具有很好的去除效率,在相同条件下,反应90 min,Fe-Ni和Fe-Ni/AC对硝酸盐的去除效率分别为78.68%和86.78%,而Fe-Ni/C对硝酸盐的去除率为99.29%.
Study on Nitrate Removal by Nano Zero Valent Iron Composite
Nano zero valent iron can quickly remove nitrate in water through chemical reduction.During the reaction,due to the strong agglomeration tendency of nano zero valent iron particles,the adsorption sites on the surface will be reduced,and the contact area with pollutants will be reduced,thus affecting the removal efficiency.In this paper,a new preparation method was used to load nano zero valent iron with carbon microspheres,which not only improved its stability,specific surface area and dispersion performance,reduced the occurrence of polymerization,but also adding precious metal nickel as catalyst could significantly improve the reduction efficiency of nitrate.The research showed that the supported nano zero valent iron nickel bimetallic composite had good removal efficiency of nitrate in water.Under the same conditions,after 90 min reaction,the removal rates of nitrate by Fe-Ni and Fe-Ni/AC were 78.68%and 86.78%,while the removal efficiency of nitrate by Fe-Ni/C was 99.29%.
