摘要
强氢键是介于氢键和共价键之间的一种相互作用.自 1968 年发现[HX2]-和[HXY]-结构具有强氢键特征以来,关于"短、强"或"低势垒"氢键的研究一直成了人们感兴趣的话题.着重介绍了强氢键的电子结构以及其在生物、化学和材料设计等方面的应用,最后对强氢键未来在分子设计领域的发展进行了展望.
Abstract
A"strong hydrogen bond"is a kind of interaction that possesses the strength between hydrogen bond and covalent bond.The study of"short,strong"or"low barrier"hydrogen bonds has been a topic of interest since the structures of[HX2]-and[HXY]-were found to feature strong hydrogen bonding characteristics in 1968.In this paper,the electronic structure of strong hydrogen bond and its applications in biology,chemistry and material design were reviewed.In the end of the article,the future development of strong hydrogen bond in molecular design was prospected.
