Research Progress in Treatment of Municipal Sewage by Activated Sludge
Sewage treatment is an important method to prevent water pollution.Nowadays,urban sewage treatment is mainly based on biological treatment method.Activated sludge treatment is one of the most common biological methods used in municipal sewage treatment.In view of the characteristics of large changes in the water quality of urban sewage and complex types of pollutants,the factors affecting the operation of activated sludge method were analyzed,and the research process of adsorption,condensation,precipitation and decomposition of organic,colloidal and dissolved substances in sewage by activated sludge method was expounded and summarized.At the same time,the research suggestions and prospects of the treatment of urban sewage by activated sludge method were put forward.
