致密砂岩油藏三种压裂液体系优化及性能评价

针对长庆油田致密砂岩油藏压力低、地层能量不足、物性差、油井压后产量低、稳产时间短以及递减较快的问题,在充分研究目标区域油藏特征的基础上,结合流变性实验,初步提出 3 种压裂液体系,分别对 3 种压裂液体系进行破胶性能测试和残渣含量测试从而确定压裂液体系配方,最后通过室内试验对压裂液配方进行性能评价.根据室内实验结果,结合现场使用要求最终确定了 3 种压裂液体系配方,该体系具有耐温耐剪切性能良好、破胶快、残渣少、滤失性能良好等特点.以上研究成果较好指导了现场实践,对长庆油田致密砂岩油藏压裂改造有很好的指导意义.
Optimization and Performance Evaluation of Three Fracturing Fluid Systems for Tight Sandstone Reservoirs
In view of the problems of low pressure,insufficient formation energy,poor physical properties,low production after oil well fracturing,short stable production time and rapid decline in tight sandstone reservoirs in Changqing oilfield,on the basis of fully studying the reservoir characteristics of the target area,combined with rheological experiments,three fracturing fluid systems were initially proposed.The gel breaking performance test and residue content test of the three fracturing fluid systems were carried out to determine the fracturing fluid system formula.Finally,the performance evaluation of the fracturing fluid formula was carried out through laboratory tests.According to the results of laboratory experiments,combined with the requirements of field use,three kinds of fracturing fluid system formulations were finally determined.The system has the characteristics of good temperature and shear resistance,fast gel breaking,less residue and good filtration performance.The above research results better guide the field practice,and have a good guiding significance for the fracturing transformation of tight sandstone reservoirs in Changqing oilfield.
