抗燃油再生的极性硅铝吸附剂研究综述

为了系统地比较多种吸附剂再生抗燃油的效果差异,并对其进行排序,首先分析了抗燃油的劣化机理,然后以《电厂用磷酸酯抗燃油运行维护导则》(DL/T 571-2014)为质量标准,将传统吸附剂和极性硅铝吸附剂在吸酸、脱水、除油泥及提高电阻率方面的效果进行对比分析.分析表明,极性硅铝吸附剂能将含水量控制在0.04%左右,除酸效率是硅藻土的4.6倍,提高电阻率效率是活性白土的2倍左右,还具备彻底除去油中油泥的功能,是现阶段再生劣化抗燃油的较好吸附剂.
A Review of Research on Polar Si-Al Adsorbents for Regeneration of Fire-resistant Oil
In order to systematically compare the effects of various adsorbents on the regeneration of fire-resistant fuel,and sort them,the deterioration mechanism of fire-resistant fuel was analyzed at first,and then the effects of traditional adsorbent and polar Si-Al adsorbent in acid absorption,dehydration,sludge removal and resistivity improvement were compared and analyzed based on the"guidelines for Operation and maintenance of Phosphate Fire-resistant fuel for Power Plant"(DL/T 571-2014).The analysis showed that the polar Si-Al adsorbent could control the water content at about 0.04%.Its acid removal efficiency was 4.6 times higher than that of diatomite.It increased the resistivity efficiency by about twice as much as active clay.It also had the function of completely removing sludge from oil.It is a good adsorbent for regenerating deteriorated fire-resistant fuel at the present stage.
