摘要
用过渡金属催化炔烃与有机硼试剂的加成反应,经过碳金属化串联环化可实现炔烃的不对称官能团化.其中芳基硼酸因其高亲电性、高稳定性和来源广泛的特点最常被使用.主要综述了近年来各种过渡金属催化的炔烃与芳基硼酸的碳金属化串联环化反应研究进展.
Abstract
The asymmetric functionalization of alkynes can be achieved by the addition reaction of alkynes with organic boron reagents catalyzed by transition metals and carbon-metallization tandem cyclization.Among them,arylboronic acids are most commonly used because of their high electrophilicity,high stability and wide source.In this paper,the research progress of various transition metal-catalyzed carbon-metallization tandem cyclization reactions of alkynes and arylboronic acids in recent years was reviewed.
