摘要
聚氯乙烯作为最重要的塑料品种之一,具有价格低廉、难燃等特点,被广泛应用于建筑材料、包装材料等领域.我国的 PVC 主要是以 VCM 悬浮聚合合成,也是生产聚氯乙烯中的一种重要的工业化学品.介绍了VCM聚合成PVC的方法、自由基聚合反应机理以及流程模拟软件中用于VCM、PVC的研究.
Abstract
Polyvinyl chloride is one of the most important plastic varieties used in industrial production in the early stage.Due to its low price and non-flammable characteristics,it is widely used in building materials,packaging materials and other fields.China's PVC is mainly synthesised by VCM suspension polymerisation,which is an important industrial chemical used in the production of PVC.This paper mainly introduces the method of VCM polymerisation into PVC,the mechanism of free radical polymerisation,and the research of VCM and PVC in process simulation software.
