Study on Internal Strengthening Mechanism of Traditional and Intermittent Simulated Moving Beds
Intermittent simulated moving bed(ISMB)divides the switching time into several segments on the basis of traditional simulated moving bed(SMB),which can effectively make full use of the four blocks of the simulated moving bed, reduce the solvent consumption and improve the yield. In this paper, three drugs with different properties as the basic system were chosen, and a variety of bi-objective combinations were used to constrain and limit.Based on the Pareto solution set obtained by multi-objective optimization, whether the separation performance was affected by the existence of simulated moving beds with different mechanisms and drug systems with different properties were compared and analyzed.
