Research on Sulfur Dioxide Control Technology of Sulfur Recovery Unit in Large-scale Natural Gas Purification Plant
Sulfur recovery device is the key device for acid gas treatment in chemical enterprises,and also an important link for sulfur dioxide control.Taking two large chemical enterprises in Southwest China as examples,the technological process of sulfur recovery plant was introduced,its technical characteristics were compared and analyzed,and relevant literatures from 2017 to 2022 were sorted out,the sulfur dioxide control measures of sulfur recovery plant were analyzed,and the key directions were put forward from three aspects:parameter optimization,material upgrading and emergency disposal training.The results showed that the main direction of process adjustment was to keep the ratio of acid gas to combustion air stable,and the treatment and modification of liquid sulfur tank waste gas had remarkable effect on emission reduction,which was gradually promoted in the industry.
