裂解汽油抽提得到的粗苯乙烯呈黄色,工业上主要应用有硝酸、有机酸两种脱色方法.硝酸脱色利用硝酸与粗苯乙烯中的着色物质发生氧化反应,然后通过碱中和、水洗以及蒸馏,实现粗苯乙烯的脱色目的.苯乙烯的色度直接影响精致苯乙烯的判级,混合器是苯乙烯抽提装置粗苯乙烯脱色的主要场所,为了使粗苯乙烯的达到要求的脱色效果,需要从脱色剂硝酸浓度、脱色温度、脱色场所运行等方面进行有效的控制.从影响粗苯乙烯脱色几个方面进行了分析、解读、说明,对影响苯乙烯抽提装置脱色效果的几方面的控制,给予了一定操作建议.
Control of Styrene Decolorization in Styrene Extraction Equipment
The crude styrene obtained from cracking gasoline extraction is yellow in color,and two decolorization methods of nitric acid and organic acid are mainly used in industry.Nitric acid decolorization utilizes the oxidation reaction between nitric acid and the coloring substance in crude styrene,and then achieves the decolorization of crude styrene through alkali neutralization,water washing and distillation.The chromaticity of styrene directly affects the grading of refined styrene.The mixer is the main site for the decolorization of crude styrene in the styrene extraction device.In order to achieve the required decolorization effect of crude styrene,effective control is needed from the aspects of the concentration of decolorizing agent nitric acid,decolorization temperature,and operation of the decolorization site.In this article,several aspects affecting the decolorization of crude styrene were analyzed,and explained,certain operational suggestions were put forward for controlling several aspects affecting the decolorization effect of styrene extraction equipment.
