介绍了青岛石油化工有限责任公司 1.4 Mt·a-1 两段再生工艺重油催化裂化装置,分析了造成再生混合烟气中氮氧化物含量上升的原因,通过对再生系统优化操作、加注脱硝剂,使混合烟气中氮氧化物质量浓度由380 mg·m-3 降至 150 mg·m-3,减轻了下游脱硝装置运行的苛刻度,实现了烟气的达标排放.
Causes and Control Measures of Nitrogen Oxides in FCC Flue Gas
The 1.4 Mt·a-1 two-stage regeneration process heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced,and the reasons for the increase of nitrogen oxide content in the regeneration mixed flue gas were analyzed.By optimizing the operation of the regeneration system and adding denitration agent,the mass concentration of nitrogen oxide in the mixed flue gas was reduced from 380 mg·m-3 to 150 mg·m-3.The operation severity of downstream denitration device was reduced,and the standard discharge of flue gas was realized.
