地层流体对覆膜陶粒人工岩心性能影响室内研究

为考察覆膜陶粒进入地层后地层流体对其固结强度的影响,室内开展了不同流体耐受性评价.结果表明:经压裂液破胶液、地层油水在60℃条件下浸泡一定时间后,覆膜陶粒形成的人工岩心抗压强度变化不大,抗压强度最大下降率不超过1.5%.
Laboratory Study on Effect of Formation Fluid on Performance of Coated Ceramsite Artificial Core
In order to investigate the influence of formation fluid on the consolidation strength of coated ceramsite after entering the formation,different fluid tolerance evaluations were carried out in the laboratory.The results showed that the compressive strength of artificial core formed by coated ceramsite changed little after they were soaked in the fracturing fluid gel breaker and formation oil and water at 60℃ for a certain time,and the maximum reduction rate of compressive strength was not more than 1.5%.
