采用一步水热法制备了Au负载的Co掺杂ZnO分级微球,对其形貌和结构进行了表征分析,研究了Au负载和Co掺杂对ZnO分级微球气敏性能的影响.结果表明,对于 100×10-6丙酮,Au负载的Co掺杂ZnO分级微球比单纯的ZnO分级微球具有更低的最佳工作温度(160℃)和更高的响应度(232),且具有较快的响应恢复速度以及较好的气体选择性.进一步对Au负载和Co掺杂的气敏增强机理进行了讨论.
Study on Preparation of Au-loaded Co-doped ZnO Hierarchical Microspheres and Their Acetone Gas Sensing Properties
Au-loaded Co-doped ZnO hierarchical microspheres were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method,and their morphology and structure were characterized.The effects of Au loading and Co doping on the gas sensing properties of ZnO hierarchical microspheres were studied.The results showed that for 100×10-6 acetone,Au-loaded Co-doped ZnO hierarchical microspheres had lower optimum operating temperature(160℃)and higher responsivity(232)than pure ZnO hierarchical microspheres,and had faster response recovery speed and better gas selectivity.The gas sensing enhancement mechanism of Au loading and Co doping was further discussed.
