以一种自制的非离子型复合表面活性剂为研究对象,主要研究了该复合剂碱性清洗体系的清洗性、漂洗性和稳定性以及测试其对酸性体系除油效率的影响情况.结果表明:该复合剂碱性清洗体系具有优异的清洗性、易漂洗、稳定性佳,除油率可达 90%以上;在酸性溶液中,该复合剂能够有效提高有机酸、无机酸溶液的清洗效果,除油率均达到 90%以上.因此,该非离子型复合剂与酸、碱互溶,不析出不分层且具有优异的乳化除油效果,能够应用于金属加工清洗的碱、酸性溶液中.
Application of a Non Ionic Composite Surfactant in Alkaline and Acidic Environments
Taking a self-made non-ionic composite surfactant as the research object,the clean ability,rinsing property and stability of the alkaline cleaning system of the composite surfactant and its influence on the oil removal efficiency of the acidic system were mainly studied.The test results showed that the alkaline cleaning system of the composite agent had excellent cleaning performance,easy rinsing,good stability,and the oil removal rate could reach more than 90%;In acid solution,the compound agent could effectively improve the cleaning effect of organic acid and inorganic acid solution,and the oil removal rate was more than 90%.Therefore,the non-ionic composite agent was mutually soluble with acid and alkali,did not precipitate and delaminate,and had excellent emulsification and degreasing effect,which can be applied to alkaline and acidic solutions for metal processing cleaning.
