轻质碳酸镁纤维的制备

以MgSO4·7H2O和K2CO3 为原料、PEG为结构导向剂,采用共沉淀法合成出轻质碳酸镁纤维,其废液为K2SO4/K2Mg(SO4)2 溶液.通过XRD、SEM和TG-DTA对样品进行表征,探究了影响轻质碳酸镁组成和形貌的因素及活性碳酸镁纤维形成机理.结果表明:在室温,搅拌速率为 300 rad·min-1、MgSO4 浓度为1.0 mol·L-1、MgSO4 与K2CO3 摩尔比为1∶1.1、PEG添加量为MgSO4·7H2O质量的30%的条件下,可制备分散性良好、晶须平均长度约为15.89 μm、直径0.97 μm、长径比为16.38的轻质碳酸镁纤维.
Preparation of Light Magnesium Carbonate Fibers
Light magnesium carbonate fiber was synthesized by coprecipitation method with MgSO4·7H2O and K2CO3 as raw materials and PEG as structure director.The waste liquid was K2SO4/K2Mg(SO4)2 solution.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG-DTA,and the effecting factors on morphology and microstructure of magnesium carbonate,hydrate fibres were investigated.The results showed that,at room temperature,the stirring rate was 300 rad·min-1,the concentration of MgSO4 was 1.0 mol·L-1,the molar ratio of MgSO4 to K2CO3 was 1∶1.1 and the amount of PEG was 30%of the mass of MgSO4·7H2O,light magnesium carbonate fibers with good dispersion,average whisker length of 15.89 μm,diameter of 0.97 μm and length to diameter ratio of 16.38 were prepared.
