Study on Reaction Performance and Functional Microorganisms of Feammox Process
A CSTR reactor was used to study the performance and microbial community of an ammonia oxidation Feammox bioreactor under iron reduction conditions. The reactor was operated at 32℃ with influent pH of 7.0±0.1.After 130-days cultivation,NH4+-N removal rate was 40.97%,and Fe3+ conversion was up to 31.86%.The effect of different pH and temperature conditions on the Feammox reaction was investigated by analyzing the variation of NH4+-N and Fe3+ conversions. The results showed that the optimum pH condition was 7.0 and the optimum temperature was 30℃.Furthermore,analysis of high-throughput sequencing technology showed that the main dominant phyla were Amoebacteria,Acidobacteria,Phyllostomycetes and Green Bacteria.
