摘要

以2-乙酰呋喃为起始原料合成了(Z)-2-(2-甲氧亚胺基)呋喃乙酸,收率达86%,最佳肟化反应工艺条件:甲氧胺盐酸盐为1.8 eq,反应体系pH为3.0,温度为10℃,时间10 h,转化率99.13%,Z构型选择性92.63%.(Z)-2-(2-甲氧亚胺基)呋喃乙酸降解符合一级反应动力学,pH越低,降解越快.

Abstract

(Z)-2-(furan-2-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetic acid was synthesized by 2-acetylfuran as the starting material with yield of 86%.The optimal oximation reaction conditions were as follows:methoxylamine hydrochloride was 1.8 eq,pH of reaction mixture was 3.0,temperature was 10℃,time was 10 h,conversion was 99.13%,and selectivity of Z-configuration was 92.63%.Degradation of(Z)-2-(furan-2-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetic acid followed first-order reaction kinetics,and the lower the pH,the faster the degradation.
