Traditional extraction methods are often used for sample pretreatment because of the complex components of traditional Chinese medicine,and a large amount of organic reagents are used,which pollutes the experimental environment and affects people's health,and the treatment of experimental waste liquid consumes a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Liquid-phase microextraction has become a research hotspot in recent years because of its fast and efficient operation,friendly environment and low cost.By consulting literature,the development of liquid-phase microextraction technology was described from two aspects:first,the development of liquid-phase microextraction mode;Second,the development of liquid phase microextraction solvent.The application prospect of liquid phase microextraction technology in traditional Chinese medicine analysis was prospected.
