油泥的存在加剧了原油的污染和侵蚀,给原油的使用带来了安全风险,所以必须对油泥进行有效治理.对于罐底油泥,可以采用多种不同的处理方法,选用了微波热解,并进行了以下工作:从油罐底部的油泥的各种危害性出发,对它的各种基本特征和净化指数进行了详细的总结和分析,并对目前国内外油罐底部的油泥体系的研究现状和存在的问题进行了详细的总结和研究;通过对油罐底油泥的微波热解技术的总体设计需求和仿真计算,得到了一套适用于中国现代化炼油厂的储罐油泥的微波热解技术;在油泥的微波热解中,一个重要的问题是波导的大小以及微波腔体的大小,要根据油泥物性参数以及其他影响因素,来确定一种适用于油泥的微波热解模式;本文利用 COMSOL 软件建立了模型,并利用该模型对油泥的微波热解过程进行了模拟.基于仿真计算选择最佳的微波频率和输出功率.
Study on Microwave Pyrolysis of Oil Sludge Based on Simulation
The presence of oil sludge exacerbates the pollution and erosion of new crude oil,bringing safety risks to the use of crude oil.Therefore,effective treatment of oil sludge is necessary.For the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank,various treatment methods can be used.In this paper,microwave pyrolysis was chosen,and the following work was carried out as follows:starting from the various hazards of the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank,a detailed summary and analysis were conducted on its basic characteristics and purification index.The current research status and existing problems of the oil sludge system at the bottom of the tank at home and abroad were also summarized and studied in detail.Based on the overall design requirements and simulation calculations of microwave pyrolysis technology for tank bottom sludge,a set of microwave pyrolysis technology for tank sludge suitable for modern Chinese refineries has been obtained.In the microwave pyrolysis of sludge,an important problem was the size of the waveguide and the size of the microwave cavity.According to the physical parameters of sludge and other influencing factors,a microwave pyrolysis mode suitable for sludge should be determined.A model was established by using COMSOL software,and the microwave pyrolysis process of oil sludge was simulated with this model.The optimal microwave frequency and output power were selected based on simulation calculation.
