剩余污泥磷释放与磷回收技术的研究进展

磷本来是大自然一种最有限资源,而现在自然界土壤中产生的废磷经长期使用循环后最终约有80%磷随污水被排放.经过循环处理使用后,城市污水池中排放的废磷大部分可进入城市剩余的污泥,剩余城市污泥土壤中的磷资源的再次循环处理利用,可以大幅度减少从外部排水环境中带入磷元素时对接收水环境的化学污染,实现对磷元素的再利用.研究了各种不同类型污泥磷释放处理方法的优缺点,分析不同污泥磷处理回收处理技术应用的基本特点,并分别着重地介绍利用了鸟粪石沉淀法来回收废磷,以期进一步为中国污泥磷处理回收利用的基础研究方面提供理论借鉴,并分析讨论分析了废磷利用回收利用技术领域的国内外未来及其发展趋势.
Research Progress of Phosphorus Release and Recovery Technology for Residual Sludge
Phosphorus is originally the most limited resource,but now about 80%of the waste phosphorus produced in natural soil is discharged after long-term recycling with sewage.After recycling treatment,most of the waste phosphorus discharge can enter the city residual sludge,recycle treatment and utilization of phosphorus resources in the residual urban sludge soil can greatly reduce the chemical pollution to the receiving water environment when phosphorus is brought in from the external drainage environment,and realize the reuse of phosphorus.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of sludge phosphorus release treatment methods were studied,the basic characteristics of different sludge phosphorus treatment and recovery treatment technologies were analyzed,and the struvite precipitation method was emphatically introduced to recover waste phosphorus,so as to provide theoretical reference for the basic research of sludge phosphorus treatment and recovery in China,and the development trend of sludge phosphorus utilization and recovery technology was prospected.
