裂解汽油 C8+馏分是乙烯装置的主要副产品之一.其中分离出的 C9 馏分组成极其复杂,含有许多带有双键的活性组分,溴价、碘值及胶质较高,给后续利用带来困难.主要阐述了SL-C9-04IA/SL-C9-04IB型催化剂在裂解C9+预加氢装置上的工业应用,简要分析了裂解C9 重馏分掺配双环戊二烯后对催化剂运行的影响,为C9 馏分的加氢提供了新方向、新选择,助力提高C9 产品的附加值.
Industrial Application of SL-C9-04IA/SL-C9-04IB Catalyst in Cracking C9+ Pre-hydrogenation Unit
C8+ fraction of pyrolysis gasoline is one of the main by-products of ethylene plant.The separated C9 fraction has very complex composition and contains many active components with double bonds.Its bromine value,iodine value and colloid content are high,which brings difficulties to subsequent utilization.The commercial application of SL-C9-04IASSL-C9-04IB type catalyst in the pre-hydrogenation unit of cracking C9+ was described.The influence of blending dicyclopentadiene of heavy fractions of cracking C9 on the operation of the catalyst was briefly analyzed,providing a new direction and choice for the hydrogenation of C9 fraction and helping to increase the added value of C9 product.
