甲醇制烯烃项目高盐水处理与资源化利用研究

以某甲醇制烯烃工厂高盐水分盐结晶装置为研究对象,该工厂通过预处理子装置、氯化钠结晶子装置、硫酸钠结晶子装置和杂盐蒸发结晶子装置将生产过程中产生的高盐水全部结晶、净化处理,结晶产物氯化钠、硫酸钠均达到工业干盐一级标准,产出水达到循环利用标准,有效处理高盐水,实现高盐水循环再利用,达到降本增效的目的,满足国家的环保要求,对于新建、改建和扩建煤化工工厂高盐水处理尤其是甲醇制烯烃项目高盐水处理具有指导意义.
Study on Treatment and Resource Utilization of High Salt Water in Methanol-to-Olefin Project
The high salt water desalination crystallization unit of a methanol-to-olefin plant was studied.The plant crystallizes and purifies all the high salt water generated in the production process through the pretreatment unit,sodium chloride crystallization unit,sodium sulfate crystallization unit and miscellaneous salt evaporation crystallization unit.The crystallization products of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate meet the industrial dry salt level 1 standard,and the output water reaches the recycling standard,effectively treating high salt water,realizing the recycling and reuse of high salt water,achieving the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,meeting the national environmental protection requirements,and having guiding significance for the construction,reconstruction and expansion of high salt water treatment in coal chemical plants,especially for methanol-to-olefin projects.
