Research on Energy Saving of Heat Exchange Network of Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit Based on Pinch Technology
In order to ensure the effective operation of the refinery hydrorefining unit and solve the waste of resources,it is necessary to complete the analysis based on the existing heat exchange network by using pinch technology.Through data conversion and simulation,it can be understood that the energy saving effect of the heat exchange network of the pinch technology hydroelectrochemical device is better.If the pinch point temperature difference is set to 20℃,the pinch point temperature of the heat exchange network of the device can be calculated as 125℃.The minimum engineering calculation amount is 10 449 kW.The minimum cold public engineering quantity is 49 193 kW.It can be seen that the corresponding energy-saving transformation scheme implemented under the unreasonable condition of heat exchange network can save about 57.89%of the hot public works and 27.76%of the cold public works,which has excellent economic benefits.
