The naphthenic acid in the raw material has corrosive effect on the ketone benzene dewaxing unit,which is a major bottleneck restricting the long-term safe operation of the unit.By adding KQ-1 corrosion inhibitor to the water recovery system of the ketone benzene dewaxing unit,the corrosion condition of the unit was effectively alleviated and the maintenance cycle of the unit was extended.
