污酸水As(Ⅲ)在射流反应器中氧化的流体行为研究

摘要
铅锌冶炼污酸水中的砷主要以3价砷形态存在,处理污酸水中的砷需要将3价砷氧化为5价砷.为了提高氧化效率,采用一种新型的射流反应器,对该反应器中的气液两相流动进行数值模拟研究,得到了压力场分布、气液速度场分布、气泡尺寸、气含率、宏观混合效果等参数,对后续的氧化工艺设计具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract
In the waste acid water from lead and zinc smelting,arsenic mainly exists in the form of trivalent arsenic,treatment of arsenic in waste acid water requires oxidation of trivalent arsenic to pentavalent arsenic.In order to improve oxidation efficiency,a new type of jet reactor was used in this study,numerical simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the reactor was carried out,and parameters such as pressure field distribution,gas-liquid velocity field distribution,bubble size,gas holdup and macro mixing effect were obtained,having important guiding significance for subsequent oxidation process design.
