磁控溅射制备金属-钙钛矿氧化物薄膜在水分解反应中的应用

摘要
目前,采用电催化途径将水转化为具有高能量密度的"零排放"能源载体:氢气,已成为研究的热点.钙钛矿氧化物由于资源丰富、价格低廉等特点,被认为是最有可能替代贵金属基催化剂的选择之一.本研究通过磁控溅射技术结合原位析出方法构筑了"金属-钙钛矿"异质结电解水析氧反应电催化剂薄膜,并发现原位析出策略显著提高了其电催化活性面积,电解水氧化反应活性及稳定性.本研究为低成本电解水反应催化剂的设计构建提供了新的思路.
Abstract
Currently,the production of zero emission energy carrier,hydrogen,by electrocatalytic water splitting is a hot research topic.The perovskite oxide is one of the most promising candidate substituting noble metal catalyst,because of its earth abundance and low price.In this work,magnetron sputtering technology and in-situ exsolution method were used to prepare metal-oxide heterostructure as a potential oxygen evolution catalyst.It was found that the in-situ exsolution method could enhance the electrochemical surface area,activity and stability.This work provides a new design thinking for low cost water splitting catalysts.
