酰基缩氨基脲类化合物的合成及杀虫活性研究

为获得高活性杀虫剂,以氰氟虫腙为先导化合物,通过中间体衍生化法合成了 8 个未见文献报道的酰基缩氨基脲类化合物,对其结构进行 1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS表征,并对化合物进行杀虫活性测试.结果表明:在质量浓度为50 mg·L-1 时候,多数化合物对棉蚜都有一定的杀虫活性,其中Ⅰ-5a、Ⅰ-5d、Ⅰ-5e生物活性最高,高达100%.降低生测质量浓度后,在10 mg·L-1 时,活性最好的Ⅰ-5e能够达到76%.由于本系列化合物结构新颖、杀虫效果较好,作为杀虫剂具有研究价值.
Study on Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Acylaminourea Compounds
To obtain highly active insecticides,with cyanflufenazone as the lead compound,8 acyl aminourea compounds were synthesized by intermediate derivatization method,and the synthesized target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS,the structure of all target compounds was determined,and the insecticidal activity test was carried out.The test results showed that for cotton aphid larvae,at a mass concentration of 50 mg·L-1,most of the compounds had certain biological activity on gossyroid,among which Ⅰ-5a,Ⅰ-5d,Ⅰ-5e had the highest biological activity,up to 100%.After reducing the bioassay mass concentration,the best activity Ⅰ.-5e could reach 76%at 10 mg·L-1,having research value as an insecticide.
