摘要

用草酸刻蚀钛纤维毡表面,用热氧化法在其表面涂制二氧化铱涂层,对其析氧电位和强化寿命进行了测试,结果表明钛纤维毡的微孔三维结构,提供了更多的电化学反应活性点位和增大了气体扩散速率,使电极能够保持在较低的析氧电位,并极大地延长了电极的强化寿命.

Abstract

The surface of titanium fiber felt was etched with oxalic acid and coated with iridium dioxide by thermal oxidation method.The oxygen evolution potential and accelerated life of titanium fiber felt based IrO2 coating electrode were tested.The results showed that the three-dimensional structure of titanium fiber felt provided more electrochemical reactive sites and increased the gas diffusion rate,so that the electrode could maintain a lower oxygen evolution potential and greatly extended the accelerated life of the electrode.
