矿热炉烟道颗粒沉积机理的数值研究

为了探究RKEF工艺中颗粒形状及尺寸对烟道颗粒沉积率的影响,基于计算流体力学(CFD)和Det Norske Veritas(DNV)理论,建立了烟道中炉气-颗粒气固两相的多尺度的颗粒沉积模型,精确预测了烟道中颗粒的沉积位置和沉积质量,并通过数值模拟来探究烟道内的沉积率与颗粒大小及形状之间的关系.
Numerical Study on Particle Deposition Process in Submerged Arc Furnace Flue
In order to investigate the influence of particle shape and size on the deposition rate of particles in RKEF process,a multi-scale particle deposition model of furnace gas-particle gas-solid two-phase in flue was established based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and Det Norske Veritas(DNV)theory.The particles deposition location and mass in flue were accurately predicted.The relationship between the deposition rate and particle size,shape in the flue was investigated by numerical simulation.
